Diamond Club Award (2019-2020)
1. DCP Goals & Club Success Plan:
  1. The club should achieve 10/10 goals of the Distinguished Club Program by 15 April 2020.
  2. The club should also submit its duly filled Club Success Plan to its respective Area Director by 30 August 2019.
2. Trained Club Officers:
  1. All 7 club officers must be trained during both the training periods (no proxy allowed). The training information should be completed and updated by the Division Director before 30 August 2019 for the first cycle and 29 February 2020 for the second cycle. The training information will be taken from the Dashboard.
3. Pathways:
  1. Club should have 100% enrolment in Pathways as of 31 March 2020.
  2. A minimum of 14 club members should complete any level in the Pathways program between 1 July 2019 and 15 April 2020.
4. Moments of Truth (MOT):
  1. The club must conduct the MOT module from the ‘Successful Club Series’ twice; once before 30 September 2019 and once before 31 March 2020.
  2. A scanned copy of the filled worksheets of page numbers 2 and 3, which can be found at https://www.toastmasters.org//~/media/1552323ec5b34eee9460a2142e1b1901.ashx must be submitted to the respective Area Directors on or before 15 October 2019 and 15 April 2020 respectively.
5. Trained Judges:
  1. At least 10 members should attend Judges training.
  2. At least 5 members should attend Chief Judge’s Training.
  3. At least 3 members to complete On-line Training for Chief Judges
  4. Judges should be trained during 1 July 2019 to 31 March 2020 to qualify for this criteria
  5. At least 5 trained members should serve as a Judge at the home club or other clubs in each of the 2 contest cycles.
  6. The data will be picked from the Training Attendance sheets and CJ Reports.
6. Membership Building Program:
  1. The club should hold a Membership Building Campaign, where an open house is arranged to attract new members to the club in the presence of a District Officer.
  2. The event should be held between 1 July 2019 and 31 March 2020. A summary of this event should be sent to the CGD (d98.cgd@gmail.com), and the District Officer who attended, within 10 days of the event.
7. Reporting of Club Speech Contest:
  1. A Club should conduct all the 4 speech contests in the official TI Contest format (Nominations will not qualify for this criteria).
  2. Such clubs must ensure all details in the prescribed form are sent by the Chief Judge of the Contest to the PQD and District Chief Judge within 7 days of it being held.
8. Participation in Area Conferences:
  1. At least 10 members of a club must attend their Club’s respective Area Conferences, twice a year. The members must sign the attendance sheet.
  2. Attending other Area Conferences will not be considered toward this point.
9. Administration:
  1. The club shall pay and upload membership dues of at least 20 members by 30 September 2019 (for October 2019 to March 2020 period) and by 31 March 2020 (for April 2020 to September 2020 period).
  2. Members added later than the above dates will not qualify for this criteria.
10. Attendance at District Council Meetings:
  1. Both the President and Vice President Education of the club or their proxy, should attend the District Council meeting (DCM).
  2. They must register at the venue for the meeting or sign in for the Virtual DCM before time (so as to be counted for the quorum).

The clubs that fulfil all 10 criteria will be recognised at the "Hall of Fame” awards ceremony at the Annual District Conference, Eloquence 2020.

Please note: Clubs aiming for the Diamond Club Award should submit their intent of participating, by 31 March 2020 to their respective Area Directors.

The final decision will be made by the TRIO and will be binding.
